You get 4 hours of meeting analysis per month, unlimited notebooks, and 10 research messages. Integrations include direct upload and Google Drive. It's designed to let you experience Fragment's full value before hitting limits.

Every new account starts with a 14-day reverse trial at Team-tier limits — 20 hours of meeting analysis, 30 research messages, and access to all Team integrations.

After 14 days, if you haven't upgraded, your workspace reverts to Free tier limits. All your existing data stays intact — sessions, feedback, insights, and conversations remain accessible. Only new uploads and research queries are gated when you hit Free limits.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we pro-rate accordingly.

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region.

When you reach your monthly limit for meeting analysis or research messages, new uploads and queries will be paused until your limit resets.

All your existing data — sessions, feedback, notebooks, and insights — remains fully accessible. Limits reset on a rolling 30-day basis anchored to your workspace creation date. You'll always be prompted to upgrade before hitting a hard stop.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% — Team drops from $30 to $24/seat/month, and Pro drops from $100 to $80/seat/month. You're billed once per year upfront.
